conquest-dbase software package provides ConQuest DICOM Server - DBaseIII backend, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install conquest-dbase
conquest-dbase is installed in your system.
Make ensure the conquest-dbase package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep conquest-dbase *
You will get with conquest-dbase package name, version, architecture and description in a table
